About Nathan Jeffries
Nathan Jeffries built his career on one guiding belief — that real estate should be rooted in trust, transparency, and local knowledge, not sales scripts and lead funnels. After more than a decade in the business and hundreds of successful transactions across Southwest Ohio, he founded Clear Realty to bring that vision to life: a brokerage where agents and clients alike can count on clear communication, honest guidance, and proven results.
Nathan’s journey began the way many great real estate stories do — with hard work, small-town values, and a desire to build something lasting. From his early days helping families buy their first homes to managing a growing portfolio of investment and rental properties, Nathan developed a deep understanding of both the personal and financial sides of real estate. That balance of empathy and expertise became the foundation for Clear Realty’s approach.
Before launching Clear Realty, Nathan also spent several years working in the Nashville music industry, where he learned the art of building relationships, staying adaptable, and creating authentic connections — skills that now define his approach to real estate.
