After deciding to come back home from pursuing a music career in Nashville, Nathan Jeffries launched his real estate career with Coldwell Banker, where he earned Rookie of the Year. He was then recruited to Comey & Shepherd Realtors in Cincinnati and spent eight years there, selling over $50 million in real estate and closing more than 500 units before finally pulling the trigger on inspiration that had been welling up for years—opening his own brokerage.
Today, Clear Realty blends deep local expertise in residential, farm, and investment properties with modern tools and a values-driven approach. We are a brokerage built for experienced professionals, with agents averaging over $5 million in annual sales volume, united by a commitment to integrity, clarity, and God-honoring service.
